Use Case

A use case is a real-life scenario or situation in which a product or feature is utilized to solve a specific problem or achieve a particular goal. It helps product managers understand how customers interact with the product and what their needs are. For example, a use case for a project management tool could be a team collaborating on a complex project, where they need to assign tasks, track progress, and communicate effectively. By defining use cases, product managers can prioritize features and make sure the product meets the specific needs of their target users.
