Story Points

Story points are a way for product managers to estimate the complexity and effort required to complete a particular task or user story during the software development process. Rather than using traditional units of time (like hours or days), story points are a relative measure of effort. It's like comparing the difficulty of climbing different mountains instead of measuring the time it takes to climb each one. This allows teams to focus on the overall complexity of a task rather than getting caught up in the specifics. Story points help teams plan and prioritize their work more effectively.
