Scope Creep

Scope Creep refers to the gradual and uncontrolled expansion of a project's goals, tasks, and requirements. It often happens when additional features or changes are requested beyond the initial scope of the project. Just like those times when your friend asks you to help them repaint a room, but then suddenly they also want you to fix the leaky faucet, install new shelves, and rearrange the furniture. Before you know it, you've gone from a simple painting job to a full-blown renovation project. Scope creep can cause delays, budget overruns, and frustration for everyone involved.
