A Product Portfolio Manager is like a conductor leading an orchestra of products. They oversee a company's entire product lineup, making sure each product is in tune with the company's overall strategy. Just as a conductor carefully selects and arranges the musical pieces for a performance, the Product Portfolio Manager decides which products to invest in and prioritizes their development. They also monitor how each product is performing, making adjustments as needed.
