Product Development Process

The product development process is a series of steps that a product goes through from conception to launch. It involves ideation, market research, prototyping, testing, and refinement. Imagine you're baking a cake. You start with an idea for a delicious cake flavor (ideation), then you gather ingredients and check if your friends want cake (market research). You mix the ingredients and bake a small sample (prototyping), and taste-test it (testing). If it's not perfect, you make adjustments and bake another sample (refinement). Finally, once you have a cake that everyone loves, you can confidently serve it to your friends (launch).
