Product Council

Product Council is a term used in product management to refer to a group of key stakeholders who provide guidance and feedback on the product development process. It usually consists of representatives from various departments, such as engineering, design, marketing, and customer support. The Product Council meets regularly to discuss the product roadmap, prioritize features, and address any issues or concerns. Think of it as a roundtable discussion where different perspectives and insights come together to shape the product strategy and ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
