Product Centric

Product Centric refers to an approach or mindset in product management where the focus is primarily on the product itself. This means that decisions and strategies are made based on what is best for the product, rather than solely considering the needs or preferences of customers or other stakeholders. In a product-centric approach, the product becomes the central point around which all other aspects revolve. While this approach can be valuable in terms of maintaining product excellence, it is important to also consider a customer-centric approach to ensure that the product meets the needs and expectations of users.
