Product Backlog

The product backlog is a prioritized list of all the features, enhancements, and bug fixes that need to be developed for a software product. It serves as a single source of truth for the product team, providing visibility into what needs to be done and in what order. It's like a to-do list for the development team, but with a twist – the items on the list can change and evolve over time as new information and priorities emerge.
