Implicit Requirements

Implicit requirements are the unstated needs or expectations that users have for a product. These are not explicitly communicated but are implied based on their behavior, actions or feedback. As a product manager, it’s important to identify and address these implicit requirements to ensure customer satisfaction. For example, if users frequently ask for a feature to be added, it may be an implicit requirement that they need an easier way to complete a certain task. Understanding and meeting these implicit requirements can help improve your product's usability and overall customer experience.
