Idea Backlog

An idea backlog is a list of potential ideas or features that could be developed for a product. It's like a treasure chest of possibilities waiting to be explored. Just imagine you're at a carnival playing one of those games where you have to pop a balloon to reveal a prize. Each balloon represents an idea in the backlog, and when you pop it, you uncover the details and potential value of that idea. The idea backlog helps product managers keep track of all the ideas they receive and prioritize which ones should be pursued further.
