Goal Question Metrics

Goal Question Metrics (GQM) is a framework used in product management to align business objectives with measurable metrics. It helps product managers define clear goals, identify relevant questions to answer, and establish metrics to track progress. Think of it as setting targets, asking the right questions, and using data to measure success. For example, if the business goal is to increase user engagement, a relevant question might be, "How often are users interacting with the product?" The corresponding metric could be the number of daily active users. GQM keeps teams focused, accountable, and on track to achieve their objectives.
