Gantt Chart

A Gantt chart is a visual representation of project timelines and tasks. It helps product managers and teams plan and track their progress on various activities. Think of it as a roadmap that shows what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, and who is responsible for each task.

Imagine you're organizing a dinner party. The Gantt chart would show a timeline of all the tasks, like sending out invitations, buying groceries, and cooking the meal. It helps you see which tasks can be done in parallel and which ones are dependent on others. With a Gantt chart, you can stay organized and keep everyone on track to meet the project's deadlines.
