Epics

Epics in product management refer to large-scale initiatives or projects that are broken down into smaller, manageable pieces called user stories. It's like planning a cross-country road trip with multiple destinations. Each destination represents a user story, and the entire trip is the epic. Breaking down epics into user stories allows product managers and development teams to prioritize, plan, and track progress more effectively. For example, if the epic is to "Improve the onboarding process," user stories could be "Create a tutorial video" or "Revise the signup form."
