Eisenhower Matrix

The Eisenhower Matrix is a time management tool that helps product managers prioritize tasks based on their urgency and importance. It divides tasks into four quadrants: Urgent and Important, Not Urgent but Important, Urgent but Not Important, and Not Urgent or Important. By categorizing tasks into these quadrants, product managers can focus on what truly matters and avoid getting overwhelmed by tasks that don't contribute to their goals. This matrix allows for effective prioritization and helps product managers make strategic decisions on how to allocate their time and resources.
