Daci

DACI is an acronym for Driver, Approver, Contributor, and Informed. It is a framework used in product management to define the roles and responsibilities of team members for a specific task or project.

Imagine you're planning a surprise birthday party for a friend. As the driver, you take charge and coordinate all the arrangements. The approver is the friend's significant other, who has the final say on the party details. Contributors are the friends who help with tasks like decorating, baking, and organizing. Lastly, informeds are the friends who are aware of the party but don't have an active role.

The DACI framework ensures clarity and accountability within teams, enabling efficient decision-making and improving collaboration.
