Customer Journey Map

A customer journey map is a visual representation of the steps a customer takes while interacting with a product or service. It helps product managers understand and optimize the user experience by identifying pain points, opportunities, and touchpoints along the customer's journey. Think of it as a roadmap that shows the entire path, from the moment a customer becomes aware of a product, through the stages of engagement and conversion, to post-purchase satisfaction. By mapping out this journey, product teams can make informed decisions on how to improve the customer experience at every stage.
