Buy A Feature

Buy A Feature is a collaborative decision-making exercise in product management where stakeholders have the opportunity to prioritize features or ideas by "buying" them. Each stakeholder is given a limited budget and can spend it on the features they believe are most valuable. The features with the highest total "purchases" are then prioritized for development. It's like being at a candy store with limited pocket money, and you have to decide which candies are worth buying based on their taste, price, and popularity.
