Agile Product Owner

An Agile Product Owner is a key role in Agile software development. They are responsible for representing the customer's voice and ensuring that the development team builds the right product. The Product Owner creates and maintains the product backlog, which is a prioritized list of user stories or features. They work closely with stakeholders, developers, and designers to define and refine product requirements.

Think of the Product Owner as the conductor of an orchestra, guiding and coordinating the efforts of the team members to create harmonious and valuable software. They make sure that the product is delivered iteratively and incrementally, allowing for flexibility and adaptability in response to changing market needs.
